Artist creations may be the subject of patents, trademarks and copyrights; from a patent on a method of making a sculpture, a trademark for a point of sale display, to the color of a shoe and a copyright in the design of a chair, Intellectual Property has an important place in the business of art.
This talk is intended for graduate students and faculty of the FSU College of Fine Arts.
