On Tuesday, April 2 the College of Visual Art, Theatre, and Dance once again participated in the annual FSU Day at the Capitol. Students from the MFA Theatre Management Program represented the college and shared stories and information with legislators, alumni, Capitol visitors, and prospective students.

“It was an exciting opportunity to connect with people from all over Florida and share what our college has to offer,” says Heather Mowad, a Theatre Management student who volunteered at the event. “From performance and museum information to learning about classes that are offered, visitors were eager to see what’s next for the college.”
Of particular interest was the publication
six, a collection representing each school within the college. Many visitors left with a copy and expressed enthusiasm in sharing the publication with others.
“It was great to see such support from the community,” says Mowad. “The level of interest reflects the quality of work that is happening each and every day in the College of Visual Art, Theatre, and Dance.”
