College of Communication & Information Social Media Scavenger Hunt!
The Florida State University College of Communication and Information will be holding the 1st annual Social Media Scavenger hunt November 20th from 9am till 5pm. The hunt will include 6 forms of social media: Facebook, youtube, instagram, vine, twitter, and foursquare.
On the morning of November 20th at 9am the team captain will receive the instructions for the hunt via email. Teams then will have the day to complete all visitation tasks on the list. Teams will receive points for each correct check in, and teams will be eligible to win prizes for completing tasks.
Teams can be no more than 5 people, and must consist of all currently enrolled Florida State University students.

Rules of Participation
To participate, contestants must be following @FSUCCI on Twitter and contestants must authorize themselves to be followed by @FSUCCI. The #Leaveyourlegacy Scavenger Hunt date November 20, 2013 between 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Participants must be currently enrolled in Florida State University.

During the day of the #Leaveyourlegacy Scavenger Hunt, students will receive all instructions in the registered members FSU email inbox at 9 a.m. and begin the hunt starting anytime after.
HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from qualified entries received at clue locations. Winner will be notified by their fsu.edu e-mail or Twitter account 1 day after the drawing. If prize winner cannot be located within 3 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.
ELIGIBILITY: The #Leaveyourlegacy Scavenger Hunt is only open to all currently enrolled Florida State University students.
GENERAL: By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judge. By entering the #Leaveyourlegacy Scavenger Hunt, contest entrants agree that they may receive, via mail or electronic mail, promotional materials from Florida State University and/or other participating sponsors. All entries are subject to verification at the sole discretion of the sponsors, and are void and will be rejected if mailed or containing typographical, mechanical or other errors. Prize may not be transferred or assigned prior to award of prize and no substitutions are allowed, except by the contest sponsors, due to prize unavailability. Cash will not be rewarded in lieu of stated prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, address (city/state) and/or likeness in advertising, promotion and public relations efforts, and winner grants Florida State University all rights to said use, without additional compensation. Winners agree that Florida State University and their advertising, promotions, distribution, and judging agencies, affiliates and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance, operation, or use of the prizes awarded.
